Pull request overview
This PR cleans up the README.md file by removing redundant license information from the end of the document. Since a LICENSE file already exists in the repository root, having the license section at the end of the README was unnecessary duplication.
- Removed the "## License" section and "Apache 2.0" text from the end of README.md
- Removed a stray 'c' character that was a typo
